I don't have delivery drivers?
For now you can use your own delivery drivers or agreements with local couriers, and also offer in-store pickup. We are integrating external delivery fleets and it will be available very soon.
What if I want to leave?
Nothing. No lock-in. Export your data (customers, orders) and go.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. Creating your account and setting up your menu is very easy. If you want to add a printer, there's a step-by-step tutorial or we can send it to you pre-configured and ready to use.
Is it only for delivery?
No. Also pickup, table orders with QR, whatever you want.
Can I have multiple locations?
Yes. Each location has its own page.
How do I receive orders?
On your phone with notifications. If you have a thermal printer, you can link it to your restaurant with our help or by following the tutorial.
Is payment secure?
Yes. We use Stripe, the world's most secure payment processor. PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. We never touch your customers' card data.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes. All data is stored on European servers. You can export or delete data whenever you want. We are 100% GDPR compliant.
How does billing work?
